Margaret M. (Peggy) Koesel is an accomplished attorney, mediator, arbitrator and conflict consultant. She practiced law for more than 27 years advocating primarily for employers and businesses. She now focuses her practice on helping parties to resolve business and workplace conflicts. As a neutral and conflict resolution professional, Peggy works with parties to address these difficult disputes and to help parties resolve them early, before they become highly adversarial.
Peggy received her B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Peggy studied mediation and arbitration with nationally recognized thought leaders in conflict resolution at the Harvard Negotiation Institute, Harvard Law School, took numerous courses in professional skills training at The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, studied labor arbitration and conflict resolution at the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution, Cornell University, studied arbitration best practices with the American Arbitration Association, and undertaken comprehensive training in commercial arbitration at the Arbitration Training Institute, American Bar Association.
